Brickyard Healthcare in Indiana is seeking an Activities Assistant to collaborate with staff to enhance resident happiness and social engagement. You will help create meaningful programs that foster positive relationships among residents, families and the care team.

Responsibilities include leading group activities, documenting progress, supporting care planning, coordinating volunteers, and planning special events. Flexible scheduling and education reimbursement are available.

Formación

• Knowledge of the practical application of recreation service programs.
• Ability to relate positively to residents, families and staff.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete required documentation as assigned.
• Contribute to resident care planning preparation.
• Provide individual programming as assigned.
• Maintain recreation department supplies and equipment
• Work with volunteers as assigned
• Assist with planning and leadership of special events
