Keystone Villa at Douglassville is seeking caring staff to plan and provide engaging activities for residents, supporting their mental, physical, spiritual and social needs. You will also help grow volunteer programs and arrange transportation for outings, contributing to a vibrant community environment.

Candidates should value teamwork and resident well-being, possess a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid driver’s license.

• Valid driver's license in the state of work required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide activities to enhance residents' mental, physical, spiritual and social needs through assessments, enabling active participation.
• Assist with maintaining and expanding Volunteer Programs.
• Arrange transportation and escorts for residents to activities and events.

JobResponsibilities Include

• Assist with planning and providing a varietyof active and passive, group and individual activities which enhance themental, physical, spiritual, and social needs of residents through assessments,allowing them to play an active role in the community
• Assist with maintaining and expandingVolunteer Programs
• Assistin arranging transportation and escorts for residents to and from outside andcommunity activities
