Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, Minnesota, is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead engaging and inclusive programs that keep residents active, social, and engaged.

This full-time role runs 8:30 am–4:30 pm with occasional evenings and weekends. Paid training, health/dental/vision, and a 401K are offered to full-time staff. No experience is required; you’ll learn everything you need to know while helping create a warm, supportive atmosphere for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun activities like games, crafts, music, exercise, and social events
• Encourage residents to participate and offer one-on-one support when needed
• Adapt activities to each resident’s interests and abilities

• Set up and clean up activity spaces before and after programs
• Track activity attendance and share resident updates with the Activities Director
• Help create a warm, positive community for residents, families, and visitors
