Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN invites you to join as an Activities Assistant. You’ll lead games, crafts, music, and social events to keep residents active, engaged, and connected with friends and family. The role emphasizes a warm, supportive approach and flexible scheduling to fit 8:30 am – 4:30 pm shifts, with occasional evenings and weekends.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute to a positive community

• Lead fun activities like games, crafts, music, exercise, and social events

• Help plan and run holiday celebrations, birthdays, and special events
• Set up and clean up activity spaces before and after programs
• Track activity attendance and share resident updates with the Activities Director
• Help create a warm, positive community for residents, families, and visitors
