Liberty Village of Tomah is seeking an Activities Assistant to enrich the daily lives of our residents through engaging activities in a supportive community. The role emphasizes creativity, compassion, and energy while working with older adults in a resident-centered setting.

The position offers part-time weekday hours (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) with competitive pay and a team that values collaboration and respect. Join us to help residents stay socially connected and engaged.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of memory care/activities coordination required.

• Plan, coordinate and organize individual and group recreation programs to meet residents’ social, emotional, and intellectual needs.

We’re looking for someone creative, compassionate, energetic, and who enjoys working with older adults in a supportive community environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, coordinate,and organizeindividual and group recreation programs to meet the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our residents.
• Coordinatemonthly special events in our community, organize outings in the local community, and encourage resident participation.
• Ensurethat state, federal, and other regulations are met, as well as safety codes, while performing duties.

What You’ll Need:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• HS Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of memory care/activities coordination required
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and enthusiasm for working with seniors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
