Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead engaging activities for residents, facilitating games, crafts, music, and social events. You’ll encourage participation and provide one-on-one support as needed in a warm community setting.

No prior experience is required; paid training will be provided. This full-time role offers a stable schedule with some evenings and weekends and comprehensive benefits.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun activities like games, crafts, music, exercise, and social events.
• Encourage residents to participate and offer one-on-one support when needed.
• Adapt activities to each resident’s interests and abilities.
• Help plan and run holiday celebrations, birthdays, and special events.
• Set up and clean up activity spaces before and after programs.
• Track activity attendance and share resident updates with the Activities Director.
• Help create a warm, positive community for residents, families, and visitors.
