Job summary

WellBridge of Fenton is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead daily life enrichment programs in a supportive care setting. You will promote hospitality and high-quality service for guests and their families, while guiding group and individual activities to enhance well-being.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long-term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering care.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients based on background, interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
