Job summary

Complete Care at Woodlands is seeking a compassionate Activity Aide for part-time evening hours (4pm–8pm) to enrich residents' daily life. Join a supportive team that values dedication and growth, and helps create meaningful experiences for residents and their families.

You should be energetic, empathetic, and a team player with a High School Diploma; long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Computer knowledge and basic program support skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
