Job summary

Complete Care at Woodlands is seeking an Activity Aide for a part-time shift from 4pm to 8pm in Plainfield, NJ. You will support residents through engaging activities, monitor participation, and help maintain calendars and decor during holidays.

A compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented approach is essential. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent and a willingness to work in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
