Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a part-time Activity Aide at our Caldwell facility. The role involves leading recreation programs, motivating residents, and ensuring their safety. Ideal candidates will possess a High School Diploma and have an energetic, compassionate attitude.

Work schedule includes Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm, with flexibility for weekend availability. Join us to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and assist with group and individual recreation programs

• Motivate residents to participate and ensure safety during events

• Report resident concerns to the nursing team

• Keep activity attendance records

• Decorate the community for holidays and seasonal celebrations

• Support the Director of Activities and Administrator with additional tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus but not required

• Outgoing, creative, compassionate, and a team-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge

Schedule:

• Part-time position: Tuesdays, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am to 5pm

• Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
