Job summary

Complete Care at Mercerville in New Jersey is seeking a friendly, energetic Activity Aide for a part-time 4pm–8pm schedule to bring engagement and joy to our residents. You will lead group and individual recreation, encourage participation, and help create a warm, social environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with seniors, is patient and creative, and can report concerns to the nursing team. Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required, and basic computer skills are

Our ideal Activity Aide enjoys working with seniors, creating engaging experiences, and helping residents stay active and connected. The Activity Aide will work closely with residents and team members to promote a positive and supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and assist with group and individual recreation programs

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus but not required


• Outgoing, creative, compassionate, and a team-oriented mindset


• Basic computer knowledge


• A successful Activity Aide will demonstrate enthusiasm, patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with seniors

Schedule:

• Part time, 3 evenings per week (approx. 4pm-8pm)
  Every other weekend-full day


• Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
