Job summary

United Methodist Communities’ Pitman Manor is seeking an Activities Aide to coordinate and implement resident activities at the community. This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $16.24 to $17.55 and supports engagement, outings, and social events for residents.

Responsibilities include leading programs, building connections, assisting with outings, maintaining records, and collaborating with staff and volunteers to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of work experience is required.
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.

Pitman Manor is a community serving residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Our Community Life team plays an important role in creating engaging experiences, meaningful connections, and a welcoming environment for residents each day.

What You'll Do

Schedule

• Temporary leave coverage with the potential for continued as-needed scheduling
• Current schedule of 2-3 days per week, including weekend availability
