Job summary

United Methodist Communities’ Pitman Manor in Pitman, NJ is seeking an Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time team. The role offers $40.33 - $50.33 per hour based on experience, with shift 2p-10p and weekend/holiday rotation.

You will partner with leadership to ensure high-quality resident care, coordinate assessments and care plans, supervise medication administration, and support a safe, resident-centered environment with strong clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with NJ RN license.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and family communication.
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition and incidents.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor resident health and respond proactively to changes in condition, incidents, and care needs
• Oversee medication administration processes, documentation, and compliance with care standards
• Manage residents' health and wellness services, including appointments, referrals, and care coordination
• Support a safe, resident-centered environment through effective clinical oversight and medication management

What You'll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
• Current and active RN license in New Jersey
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
