Qualifications

• Undergraduate College degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 2-3 years of management experience.
• Proven success in leading, motivating, and empowering a team.
• A genuine love for teaching children.
• Ability to set goals and convert plans into action.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead a team - both in aquatics and customer service.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Respond calmly and proactively to challenges.
