Emler Swim School is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, both in and out of the pool, while delivering exceptional experiences to children, families and staff. You will oversee hiring, coaching, and scheduling, and ensure frontline teams provide outstanding customer service and safe, engaging programs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate College degree; 5 years of leadership/work experience may be considered.
• 2–3 years of management experience supervising a team or department.
• Proven success in leading, motivating and empowering a team.
• A genuine love for teaching children.
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve them on the spot.
• Excellent customer service skills and a 'yes' mindset.
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, coaching, leading and inspiring a team - both in aquatics and customer service.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction; lead front-line shifts and team development.
• Respond to challenges calmly and proactively.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility.
