Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Business Admin to support invoice processing for the Naval Nuclear Laboratory. The role requires an active DOE or DOD clearance and will work with Procurement to route invoices for timely approvals.

The position involves monitoring invoices on hold, resolving discrepancies with suppliers, and addressing inquiries while maintaining professional internal and external communications. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting or procurement software is preferred.
• Previous accounts payable, procurement, or related financial role experience is expected.
