LettrLabs, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale journey from onboarding to growth. You will ensure customers are live quickly, actively mailing, and expanding their campaigns with measurable ROI.

You will partner with product, sales, and data teams to remove blockers and drive value, using AI tools to boost efficiency and impact. The role emphasizes activation, adoption, and revenue expansion, with a focus on startup agility and customer champions.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in Customer Success, onboarding, or account management with full lifecycle ownership.

• Own onboarding execution with milestones: integration setup, campaign setup, and first mail send.
• Drive activation and usage across a portfolio of customers.
• Identify blockers and unblock technical/process issues to enable sending.
