Job summary

A Caring Alternative, LLC is seeking an ACTT Nurse to join its Statesville, NC team. The role focuses on coordinating care for adults with serious mental illness, administering medications, and supporting recovery through collaboration with a psychiatrist and other professionals.

Qualifications include RN/LPN/NP licensure and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• RN, LPN, or NP license required and active in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year experience with adults with serious mental illness and familiarity with psychiatric medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coordination for an assigned group of clients, coordinating treatment teams.
• Deliver individual therapy and symptom management, advocating for client rights and preferences.
• Organize medication delivery and integrate administration into each client’s treatment plan.
• Coordinate medical assessments with the team psychiatrist and refer to community physicians as needed.
