A Caring Alternative, LLC in Statesville, NC is seeking an ACTT Nurse to join our team. The role focuses on assessments, medication management, and coordinated care with the treatment team.

This is a full-time position within a CARF-accredited provider offering behavioral health services. Qualified candidates are RN, LPN, or Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience working with adults with serious mental illness; must have a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.

Qualifikationen

• RN, LPN, or Nurse Practitioner licensure required (state of NC).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with adults with serious mental illness.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Provide service coordination (case management) for an assigned group of clients.
• Provide individual supportive therapy and symptom management with timely treatment plan updates.
• Organize medication delivery and integrate medication administration into the treatment plan.
• Coordinate medical and psychiatric assessments with the team psychiatrist.
