A Caring Alternative, LLC is seeking a dedicated nurse to join its Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Statesville, NC. You will conduct assessments, address physical health needs, and coordinate medications under psychiatrist oversight.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN/NP licensure as required by role.
• Experience with adults with serious mental illness preferred.
• Ability to perform assessments and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coordination (case management) for assigned clients.
• Provide individual supportive therapy and symptom management.
• Organize medication delivery and integrate administration into treatment plans.
• Coordinate medical and psychiatric assessments with the team.
