Job summary

A Caring Alternative, LLC is recruiting for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACTT) Generalist to join a community-based team in Morganton, NC. The role focuses on delivering behavioral health services to adults, adolescents, and children through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related Human Services field and at least two years of MH experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related Human Services field and relevant certifications.
• Two years of professional MH work experience with adults.
• Strong written, oral, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Active member of the ACT Team; participate in team meetings and planning.
• Apply clinical processes to evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Be available 24/7 to respond to crises; site location may vary.
• Use clinical supervision to improve service quality.
• Manage assigned caseload to meet productivity expectations.
