Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area.
• One year of professional MH work experience working with adults (AP) or two years (QP).
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Active member of the ACT Team participating in team meetings.
• Provide input into the person-centered planning process.
• Remain available 24/7 as the first responder in crisis situations.

Skills

High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Education
