Job summary

A Caring Alternative, LLC (ACA) is a CARF-accredited care agency in Morganton, NC offering behavioral health and substance use disorder services for adults, adolescents, and children. We seek a dedicated ACTT Generalist to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, two years of MH experience with adults, strong MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field.
• Two years of professional MH work experience with adults.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an active member of the ACT Team, participating in meetings and providing input into person-centered planning.
• Demonstrate clinical processes for evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, intervention, aftercare, and transition planning.
• Be available 24/7 in person or by phone as the first responder during crises at consumer/family sites.
• Use clinical and administrative supervision to improve service quality and performance.
• Manage a caseload and meet direct care productivity expectations.
