This full-time role operates within an Assertive Community Treatment Team, delivering a range of mental health services to adults, adolescents, and children, with training and supportive supervision provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform tasks on the computer including Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
• Proof of education required.
• A bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or related Human Services field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an active member of the ACT Team and participate in planning.
• Apply clinical processes to evaluation, assessment, planning and intervention.
• Be available 24/7 as first responder in crisis situations at consumer locations.
• Use supervision to improve service quality and performance for consumers and the organization.
• Manage caseload and meet direct care productivity requirements.
