Job summary

Nueces Center for Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities is seeking an ACT Team Leader to supervise the Assertive Community Treatment Team, an intensive rehabilitation program for adults with severe mental illness. You will ensure fidelity to the model, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate with partners to deliver community-based services.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• Texas licensure to provide counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the ACT Team and ensure fidelity to the model.
• Oversee training, consults, and project accountability.
• Manage day-to-day program operations and reporting.
• Coordinate with criminal justice and health providers to deliver services.
