Job summary

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) seeks an Adult SMI Services Coordinator to oversee ACT programs and other community-based behavioral health services for individuals with Serious Mental Illness and co-occurring SUD. This role focuses on monitoring statewide service quality, providing technical assistance to providers, and coordinating fidelity evaluations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contemporary clinical best practices in behavioral health services for individuals with SMI and co-occurring SUD.
• Knowledge of fidelity monitoring and fidelity monitoring instruments for Evidence Based Practices such as TMACT.
• Ability to monitor and manage program funding and fiduciary responsibility for state/federal dollars.

Responsibilities

• Managing contracts and program funding.
• Responding to inquiries, clarification or interpretation from stakeholders.
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks and functions for DBHDS.
• Leading coordination and execution of ACT fidelity monitoring program.
• Scheduling evaluations with providers.
• Coordinating with reviewers to plan and execute reviews.
• Ensuring completion of post-evaluation summary reports and debriefings.
