Bay Area Community Services is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor to lead an ACT team (case managers, SUD counselors, housing locators, clinicians) serving older adults 60+ in Alameda County. The role combines clinical supervision with program management in a full-service outreach setting focused on housing, health, and psychiatric support.

Expect accountability for service quality and outcomes. The position is 100% on-site in Oakland, requires a licensed clinician (LCSW/LMFT/PsyD) and a CA

Qualifikationen

• LCSW/LMFT/PsyD licensure required.
• Two years post-licensure in behavioral health.
• Ability to lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals.
• Knowledge of CalAIM, Medi-Cal billing criteria and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Supervises a team of clinicians and disrect service staff in a community-based program that provides long-term case management to homeless adults over 60 years old, and previously incarcerated, forensic population.
• Meet clients where they are to implement consumer-centered services that are needs-driven, strengths-based, and culturally relevant.
• Manage the flow of referrals, intakes, and discharges of participants and ensures accessibility and welcoming of all people.
• Be an available and engaged manager, supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Constantly challenge the status quo and look for opportunities for continuous quality improvement and implement systems for CQI.
• Assure that services are provided in compliance with all funders, including documentation, grant management, presentations, and reports.
• Communicate effectively and conscientiously utilizing strength-based language and philosophy throughout all aspects of program management and supervision.
• Other duties as required.
