Job summary

Abode is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Project Independence Program in Alameda County. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring high-quality services, and coordinating housing-related supports for youth and families.

The manager reports to the Director of Health and Wellness and drives performance across grants. The position requires MA/MSW in Social Work and Psychology, California licensure registration as ASW/AMFT, and strong leadership with experience in mental health and

Qualifications

• MA/MSW in Social Work and Psychology from an accredited university.
• Registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as ASW or AMFT required.
• One year of leadership experience
• Three years of experience working with people with moderate to severe mental health needs, homelessness, or co-occurring disorders.
• Valid California Driver’s License, current insurance and clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision necessary to maintain the quality of the programs, following policies and protocols.
• Supervise up to 4 program staff at any given time.
• Ensure staff maintain and secure comprehensive case files and prepare programmatic reports.
• Coordinate housing services with internal Abode housing team.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Project Independence program.
• Attend program monitoring meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
