Bay Area Community Services (BACS) in Oakland is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary ACT team in Alameda County. The role oversees case managers, SUD counselors, housing locators, and clinicians in a 100% on-site position.

The supervisor must hold a valid LCSW/LMFT/PsyD license and bring post-licensure experience. Strong leadership, CQI focus, and knowledge of CalAIM/Medi-Cal are essential.

Qualificações

• This role requires a licensed behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) with post-licensure experience.
• Experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams toward common goals is required.
• Knowledge of CalAIM and Medi-Cal billing criteria and documentation is preferred.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise clinicians and support staff in a community-based program serving homeless adults 60+.
• Meet clients where they are to deliver consumer-centered, needs-driven services.
• Oversee referrals, intakes, discharges, and ensure accessible, welcoming services.
• Provide hiring, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Lead CQI efforts and implement quality improvement systems.
• Ensure compliance with funders, documentation, grant management, and reporting.
• Communicate effectively using strength-based language across management activities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
