Job summary

Terros Health is seeking an ACT Clinical Coordinator for our Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on supervising a high-performing ACT team and ensuring fidelity to evidence-based ACT practices.

The position requires leadership, organization, and compassion as you coach behavioral health professionals and drive clinically sound outcomes in collaboration with program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as team expert in ACT fidelity standards, including the ACT Fidelity Scale, and RBHA-specific ACT protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Improve member outcomes related to ACT fidelity standards, BHSP standards, other mandated standards, and ACT outcomes reports.
• Collaborate with ACT Program Analyst, Senior Director Recovery Clinic Services, Clinical Director, ACT Team psychiatrist, ACT Team RN's, and Terros Health leadership to review and improve ACT outcome metrics and reduce inpatient admissions, ED usage, homelessness, and increase primary care visits.
• Ensure ACT services are provided in accordance with Evidenced Based Practices.
• Provide direct administrative and clinical supervision for non-medical ACT Specialists; mentor, lead, and coach ACT staff.
• Monitor reporting and weekly/monthly deliverables; coordinate training and develop performance improvement plans to maintain quality standards.
