Job summary

Terros Health's 23rd Ave Recovery Health Center in Phoenix is seeking an ACT Clinical Coordinator to supervise and coach a high-performing behavioral health team. The role focuses on fidelity to ACT standards, RBHA requirements, and delivering evidence-based care in a integrated health system.

You will work with clinicians, nurses, and leadership to improve outcomes such as reduced inpatient usage, increased employment, and better primary care engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in behavioral health.
• Experience supervising teams in ACT or similar programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAMHSA ACT fidelity standards and RBHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and clinical supervision for non-medical ACT Specialists.
• Lead and coach ACT team staff to achieve fidelity metrics and outcomes.
• Monitor weekly/monthly ACT deliverables and associated reports.
• Coordinate training and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure services align with evidenced-based practices.
