Terros Health is seeking an ACT Counselor to join an interdisciplinary ACT clinical team serving individuals with Serious Mental Illness or general mental health needs under Court Ordered Treatment at the 23rd Ave Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ.

The role offers full-time employment (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule to cover 7 days/week, including weekends and holidays, and includes a $3/hour ACT differential in addition to base pay.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavioral health field is required.
• Must have or be able to obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card within 7 working days.
• Valid AZ Driver License with at least 4 years driving experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop program activities for outpatient co-occurring disorders services.
• Facilitate teamwork on an ACT clinical team and conduct individual and group sessions.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention and weekend/holiday coverage.
• Educate and consult other team staff on substance use issues.
