KRE Security LLC is seeking dependable Armed School Security Officer to join our team in Elliotttsburg, PA. This full-time role offers daytime weekday hours with an $22.00 per hour pay and overtime after 40 hours. The position requires PA Act 235 certification and provides benefits for eligible staff.

Responsibilities include visible security presence on campus, patrols, visitor verification, and coordination with school administration and local law enforcement as needed.

Location: Elliottsburg, PA

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–3:45 PM

KRE Security, LLC is seeking dependable, professional Armed School Security Officer to join our team.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping maintain a safe and secure learning environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. We are looking for individuals with sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Please Note: Candidates must successfully complete an interview with both KRE Security, LLC and the client before placement.

Position Highlights

• $22.00 per hour
• Consistent weekday daytime schedule
• Full-time employment during the school year
• Overtime paid after 40 hours worked
• Military and retired law enforcement differential of an additional $0.25 per hour

***Client contract requires Daytime School Guard to attend School events/sports/meetings as requested by district. This is a component of this position, and candidates should expect to work some additional hours.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI fingerprint clearance
• Reliable transportation and valid PA Driver's License
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Professional appearance, sound judgment, and strong communication skills
