The officer will patrol campus areas, check visitors, and enforce district safety policies while coordinating with local law enforcement as needed. Pay is $22.00 per hour with a weekday schedule, overtime after 40 hours, and benefits eligibility for 30+ hours/week.

Armed School Security Officer

Act 235 Certification Required | Full-Time

Location: Elliottsburg, PA

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM-3:45 PM

Please Note: Candidates must successfully complete an interview with both KRE Security, LLC and the client before placement.

Position Highlights

• $22.00 per hour
• Consistent weekday daytime schedule

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI fingerprint clearance
• Reliable transportation and valid PA Driver's License
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Professional appearance, sound judgment, and strong communication skills
