AKA Search Group is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to join our sales and acquisitions team in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on converting inbound leads into property acquisitions, with hands-on sales and real estate training provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in sales or customer service roles.
• No real estate or industry experience required - we are looking for someone with the right personality and drive.
• Willing to learn about the real estate industry and help our client maintain and grow their marketplace position.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person appointments with prospective sellers to assess motivation and needs.
• Make offers, negotiate, and contract opportunities from provided leads.
• Utilize the company CRM to update records and align with the lead management team.
• Maintain strong relationships with sellers and the team via phone, email, etc.
• Secure properties, place lockboxes, and capture interior/exterior photos.
• Provide follow-up communications to sellers unable to contract initially.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the position as required.
