Our Client

is a dynamic real estate private equity firm specializing in the acquisition, operation, and development of class-A office assets across the United States, employing an opportunistic/value-add strategy. With over 4 million SF acquired in recent years and an additional 1 million SF under development, the company currently manages assets valued at over $3B.

Position: Acquisitions Analyst

We are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support our investment team and executives in sourcing, underwriting, conducting due diligence, and managing real estate investments. This role offers hands-on experience in acquisitions, financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Underwrite new acquisitions, developing financial models using Argus and Excel.
2. Analyze and refine underwriting assumptions in collaboration with leasing brokers, capital markets teams, and property owners.
3. Conduct due diligence on potential investments, assessing associated risks and opportunities.
4. Draft investment memorandums and market research reports; assist in capital raising efforts.
5. Support property financing procurement, including loan diligence and closing.
6. Build and maintain relationships within target markets to enhance sourcing efforts.
7. Utilize data-driven research to inform strategic investment decisions.
8. Assist with other company initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a strong GPA.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in acquisitions, underwriting, or asset management.
• Proficiency in Argus and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
