Strategic Talent Hunting:Deployadvanced sourcing techniques(Boolean, LinkedIn, GitHub, niche forums) to engagepassive AI/ML experts.
Pipeline Development:Build and maintain ahigh-caliber talent networkfor AI researchers, engineers, and technical roles.
Data-Driven Hiring:Leveragerecruitment analyticsto optimize processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner withAI research leadsto align hiring strategies with project demands.

Qualifications:

0–2 years intechnical recruiting, preferably inAI, machine learning, or engineering.
