Overview

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Site Acquisition Consultant. The consultant will handle site acquisition, lease negotiations with landlords, and zoning with jurisdictions, aligning with Company objectives. This position is remote, based in the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento area.

What Will You Do

• Identify, qualify, and negotiate leases for wireless telecommunication sites
• Prepare, submit, and present permit applications for wireless telecommunication sites
• Have access to a reliable personal vehicle, possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a safe driving record
• Understand basic RF design, site identification, construction, and local land use planning
• File zoning applications and present at zoning hearings
• Interpret zoning codes and regulations

What You Will Need

• 2+ years’ experience in Site Acquisition; project management is a plus
• Understanding of cell site zoning and leasing; wireless telecom industry experience preferred
• Experience in wireless site deployment and new site builds
• Proficiency in real estate transactions
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Position Type: Full-time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
