Job summary

HX5, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Program Specialist at a Senior level to join our team at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The role focuses on program management, data control, and rapid response to MAJCOM changes within an IPT setting.

Qualifications include an advanced degree with years of experience and strong emphasis on management of CDRLs, requirements traceability, and briefing materials for senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and fifteen (15) years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of professional experience.
• Master's degree and seven (7) years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Configuration and CDRL Data Management.
• Coordinate with program management, systems engineers, and other stake holders in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment to maintain alignment between technical and contractual obligations.
• Deliver broad reach-back support across functional disciplines for AFPEO/EB portfolio programs.
• Produce high-volume program products quickly to meet short-notice direction when internal resources are limited.
• Assist in creating briefings, and staffing materials.
• Maintain requirements traceability and generate reports/ analyses to update CDDs and CPDs for senior decision makers.
• Enable rapid, integrated response to MAJCOM changes and inputs.
• Support government activities in acquisition program management, enterprise integration, developmental planning, and draft contract source selection.
• Provide advisory support for rapid response/delivery, program communication and reporting, schedule execution, risk management, contract management, and technical data management

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Must be able to travel as required.
