Job summary

Zeta Global in New York, NY, seeks a Director of Product Management for acquisition intelligence to define the ZX product strategy and drive delivery across engineering, data cloud, and business units.

You will own the ZX roadmap, translate client needs into actionable requirements, and lead initiatives that apply Zeta’s identity, AI, and measurement capabilities to acquisition workflows. Strong product judgment and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience with ownership of a roadmap and delivery across multiple teams.
• Experience with advertising technology, customer acquisition, marketing tech, or related data-driven product areas.
• Deep understanding of email as an acquisition channel, including ESP platforms and integrations, audience and identity resolution, deliverability, campaign orchestration, and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the ZX product vision and roadmap; define strategy reflecting client needs and priorities.
• Translate opportunities into clear requirements; partner with engineering and platform teams through launch and iteration.
• Apply Zeta’s identity, data, AI, activation, and measurement capabilities to ZX use cases; determine when to extend or build new experiences.
• Lead the email acquisition product experience; shape the products and integrations for audience targeting, deliverability, and measurement at scale.
• Scale solutions across One Zeta by identifying shared components and reusable workflows.
