Job summary

Zeta Global is recruiting for a senior product/architecture leader to guide the development of agentic systems and AI-powered marketing workflows. You will shape orchestration across LLM agents, tools, and context, while defining telemetry and evaluation frameworks to improve production performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical products involving AI agents, workflow systems, and ML infrastructure.
• Experience with LLM agents, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.
• Background in context graphs, knowledge graphs, or semantic/memory architectures.
• Ability to define telemetry signals and observability for complex AI systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and orchestrate LLM agents, tools, models, and workflows across complex use cases.
• Develop a shared Context Graph to enable persistent awareness across actors and products.
• Build and manage context streaming services for real-time awareness in multi-step workflows.
• Define telemetry framework to monitor agent routing, tool selection, latency, and outcomes.
• Lead evaluation suites for agent quality, reliability, and end-to-end workflow performance.
• Create a Model Workbench to empower marketers and non-technical users to leverage AI.
• Oversee MCP capability and tool registry for discoverability and governance.
• Align Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Security around platform standards.
