Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Director of Product Management for Acquisition Intelligence in Atlanta to lead product strategy and delivery for ZX. You will align client needs with the broader platform, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Cloud, and leadership to bring solutions to market.

The role demands strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience, including ownership of a roadmap and delivery across multiple teams.
• Experience with advertising technology, customer acquisition, marketing tech, or related data-driven product area.
• Deep understanding of email as an acquisition channel, including ESP platforms and integrations, audience and identity resolution, deliverability, campaign orchestration, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the ZX product vision and roadmap. Define a product strategy for customer acquisition that reflects client needs, business priorities, and Zeta’s broader platform direction.
• Connect the business unit with Product and Engineering. Translate opportunities into clear requirements and delivery plans.
• Build on Zeta’s core capabilities. Apply identity, data, AI, activation, and measurement capabilities to ZX use cases.
• Lead the email acquisition product experience, shaping integrations for audience targeting, deliverability, and campaign measurement at scale.
• Scale solutions across One Zeta by championing shared components and reusable approaches.
• Understand customers and the acquisition workflow to shape product decisions.
• Drive execution and adoption by aligning stakeholders and enabling launches and demonstrations.
