Job summary

FanDuel is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Experimentation to own the product strategy and roadmap for our experimentation capabilities. You will enable high-velocity tests across marketing, partnering with MarTech, Data, and Analytics to deliver rigorous, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of product management or product strategy experience in a platform or infrastructure context.
• Direct experience building roadmaps for experimentation platforms with data-heavy infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation best practices and statistical methods.
• Business acumen to craft impact-driven cases and communicate with executives in regulated environments.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, data science and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the experimentation product roadmap and define requirements and specs.
• Lead reinforcement learning and AI-enabled experiment workflows development.
• Partner with data science and engineering to define data needs and enable rapid feedback loops.
• Define guardrails for experimentation to protect player experience and P&L while enabling fast iteration.
• Write PRDs, conduct structured discovery, and ship iteratively.
• Coordinate with Martech to ensure native,低-friction experimentation capabilities and clear business outcomes.
