The Role

As a Business Operations Lead at Booz Allen, you’ll work with defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of resources for their mission. You will draft RFP packages, manage procurement documents, and support acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and policy updates. You will also build relationships with stakeholders and deliver acquisition support to help defend our nation.

You Have
  • 7+ years of experience in major acquisition planning and documentation with DoD or DoN
  • Experience drafting pre-award acquisition documents such as Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, J&A, waiver documentation, Statements of Work, RFP packages, and post-award contract management documents
  • Experience supporting market research efforts like RFIs and Industry Days
  • Experience defining technical requirements, schedules, and risks for acquisition documents
  • Experience with program management of major ACAT programs
  • Experience supporting leadership briefs and external organization communications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and AMS
  • Knowledge of PPBE cycle, contract types, section structure, fee structures, and acquisition planning processes
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have
  • Experience as Navy major staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP Certification
Clearance

Applicants must be eligible for a security investigation; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation

The projected salary range is $53,000 to $108,000 annually, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits include health, life, disability, retirement, paid leave, and professional development opportunities.
