Job summary

Flow Control Group seeks an IT Infrastructure Integration Manager to lead the technology integration of acquired companies into its enterprise environment. The role ensures secure, efficient transitions onto enterprise platforms with minimal business disruption and partners with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Delivery, ERP teams, vendors, and leadership.

This role requires 50–75% travel as the manager guides Day 1 through steady-state operations, overseeing Microsoft 365 onboarding,

Qualifications

5+ years in infrastructure leadership and operations.
3+ years leading technology integration, transformation, or acquisition-related initiatives.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, cloud, and end-user tech.

Responsibilities

Lead technology integration activities for acquired companies into Flow Control Group's environment.
Develop Day 1, Day 30, Day 90, and long-term integration plans with stakeholders.
Coordinate Microsoft 365 onboarding, AD/Entra ID migrations, and device standardization.
Partner with security teams to implement cybersecurity controls and governance.
Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and resource coordination across programs.
Provide executive updates and governance reviews to leadership.
