Job summary

Flow Control Group seeks an IT Infrastructure Integration Manager to lead the technology integration of acquired companies into its enterprise environment. Job description

The IT Infrastructure Integration Manager is responsible for leading the technology integration of newly acquired companies into Flow Control Group's enterprise environment. This role serves as the primary leader for infrastructure integration activities, ensuring acquired organizations are securely, efficiently, and consistently transitioned onto enterprise technology platforms while minimizing business disruption. The position partners closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Delivery, Enterprise Applications, project teams, vendors, and business leadership to assess acquired environments, develop integration roadmaps, and execute technology transition plans.

This role will require 50% – 75% travel

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition Due Diligence & Integration Planning

• Participate in technology due diligence activities supporting prospective acquisitions.
• Assess infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, collaboration, end-user computing, and identity management environments.
• Develop Day 1, Day 30, Day 90, and long-term integration plans.
• Identify technology risks, integration complexities, resource requirements, and remediation needs.
• Maintain integration plays and playbooks, standards, methodologies, and governance processes.

Infrastructure & Platform Integration

• Lead the successful integration of acquired companies into Flow Control Group's enterprise technology ecosystem.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365 onboarding, migration, and standardization activities.
• Lead Active Directory, Entra ID, identity management, and domain migration initiatives.
• Coordinate endpoint management, device standardization, networking, and infrastructure modernization efforts.
• Ensure enterprise standards are implemented consistently across acquired organizations.

Security Integration

• Partner with Information Security leadership to implement cybersecurity posture at newly acquired brands
• Support implementation of enterprise cybersecurity controls, policies, and governance standards.
• Support audit, compliance, risk management, and vulnerability remediation initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate technology risks discovered during assessments and integrations.

Program & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary technology integration lead from onboarding through operational stabilization.
• Act as the central point of coordination across Infrastructure, Security, Service Delivery, supporting vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive updates, governance reviews, integration planning sessions, and status reporting.
• Manage integration timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource coordination.

Ongoing Business Support & Strategic Initiatives

• Support office relocations, consolidations, divestitures, network transformations, and modernization projects.
• Ensure smooth transition of integrated environments into steady-state support organizations.
• Partner with ERP and Enterprise Applications teams to support transition business application initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of integration methodologies and standards.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or enterprise technology leadership.
• 3+ years leading technology integration, transformation, migration, or acquisition-related initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, and end-user technologies.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management, enterprise networking, infrastructure operations, Azure/AWS, and cybersecurity controls.

Leadership Competencies

• Exceptional organizational, project, and program management skills.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to influence outcomes across teams and balance strategic planning with operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting acquisition-driven organizations or multi-brand operating environments.
• Experience leading post-merger technology integration programs and technology due diligence activities.
• Experience with Microsoft tenant-to-tenant migrations and domain consolidations.
• Experience in network refreshes and understanding of structured cabling
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or field-service organizations.
