You will contact local churches by phone to remind them ACP opens January 1 and to gather questions for follow-up. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, phone outreach, or church ministry preferred.
• Friendly and personable, comfortable speaking with people by phone.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Calling churches to remind them that ACP opens January 1.
• Answering basic questions and collecting questions for follow-up.
• Tracking calls, voicemails, and questions in a Google Worksheet.
