Action Gypsum Supply in Houston is seeking an Acoustical Sales Specialist to grow and maintain a local customer base by delivering excellent service and expert acoustical product recommendations for residential and commercial projects.

You will build relationships, quote prices, place and track orders, and collaborate with the branch team to ensure timely delivery. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus, and experience in building materials helps.

Qualificações

• Develop action plans for each customer, track growth and adjust as needed to drive results.
• Build long-term customer relationships by providing quotes, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide competitive pricing based on market conditions.
• Understand product mixes and cross-sell to add value for customers’ business.
• Learn product features and benefits for residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain internal call logs and report progress to Branch Manager/Management Team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop unique plans of action for each customer and track success, adapting as necessary to ensure growth.
• Build long-term customer relationships by providing price quotations, taking material orders, and ensuring orders are properly placed and delivered on time.
• Provide competitive pricing to clients with an understanding of overall market conditions.
• Understand complete product mixes and impart that information via cross-selling to add value to customers’ business.
• Learn product features and associated customer benefits for major product categories for residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain internal call logs and report to the Branch Manager/Management Team regularly on their field efforts.
