Job summary

Kamco Supply – Brooklyn seeks a Sales Specialist to enhance the customer experience with deep acoustical product knowledge and strong support for outside sales teams. You will manage pricing, ERP processes, and coordination with operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with 3+ years in sales within the industry; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. Occasional outside calls and in-person meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years sales experience in building materials or acoustical products beneficial.
• Ability to self-manage, communicate professionally, and review product applications.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer relationships and be the sales cycle expert.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to guide strategies.
• Train users on sales tools: ERP, website, Maxrecall, DQ, Portal, and pricing files.
