Job summary

Kinetics Noise Control, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager in Dublin, OH (or Remote) to drive revenue growth across national markets by engaging with decision makers in the architectural acoustics, noise control, and vibration isolation sectors.

The role requires promoting our engineered products in design-driven environments with a focus on performance and technical credibility. The candidate will work with acoustics professionals and the KNC Engineering Group, develop product

Qualifications

Four-year college degree with 3–5 years of experience (or equivalent).
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Participate in short- and long-range planning to ensure market growth.
Develop and execute plans to enable Sales Representatives to focus on Building Acoustics product solutions.
Collaborate with Director of Sales to develop market channel strategies and align with Marketing on webinars content.
Lead manufacturer representative product training and assist at trade shows and seminars.
Train Sales Representatives on applying product solutions for noise control applications and support sales efforts.
Conduct Voice of the Customer visits to engage influencers and decision makers.
Analyze current construction cycles to identify large projects and inform local KNC reps.
Work with engineering to develop new products and tools for contractors.
Develop supplier partnerships to assist in product design and development.
